Requirement
The client required a building that would provide them with a sales office and training centre.
Our Solution
To provide a high quality regional office and training centre. On the ground floor, there was to be a large open plan office with toilets and kitchen, and a classroom for training on the first floor accessed via a steel staircase. The building was fitted out with a suspended ceiling with recessed LED lighting, fire and intruder alarms and Air Conditioning. Access to the top floor was provided via a steel staircase.
